Step 1 - Register
Register for Free Shipping Address – Sign up with us for free and receive your US address and mailbox number.
Step 2
Shop Online - Shop anywhere online at your leisure and ship to your personalized mailing address.
Step 3 - Delivery
Delivery or Store pickup – We received your package at our US warehouse, ship it to Jamaica and deliver it to you. Packages are billed according to weight and invoice amount.

FAQ
There is no fee to register to become a member.
When your packages arrive in Jamaica and are processed you will receive a notification and your invoice that your packages are ready for pick up or delivery. You may pay at the store when you come to collect or request a delivery. Same-day and express delivery is available once the request is made by 9:00 am on the day.
We ship 3 times per week.
If a customer’s package was damaged during shipping to Jamaica, they may contact our office to report the damaged package and an investigation will be conducted. Packages are required to be packaged properly and in the correct protective materials by your merchant. We will not be held liable if packages are not shipped in the correct packaging to withstand the transit cycle.
Restricted Products are considered hazardous or forbidden as determined by Jamaica Customs, IATA and the FAA. You will need a permit to ship a variety of products such as toy guns, medications, laser lights etc. Please contact a Direct Shipping & Chemical Supplies representative who will guide you to information regarding Restricted Items or contact Jamaica Customs directly to confirm if the item in question is on the restricted list. We offer delivery in Guy’s Hill, Benbow, Springfield, Seafield, Windsor, Decoy, Jeffery Town, Gayle, Dillon Town, Blackstone Edge, and surrounding areas.
Yes. Once you receive your membership confirmation, you are ready to start shopping! We will immediately begin accepting all of your purchases. Please ensure that all of your shipments include your Direct Shipping address with your unique Account number.
When you sign in to your account you can:
- Check if your purchases have been received
- Check the status of your shipments (tracking)
Please note: You will receive an email notification when you receive a package, and when your package is ready.
To avoid paying custom fee, ensure to keep your order total $100 USD or under.
It is a mandatory request by Jamaica customs that invoices must be provided for packages arriving in the country.
Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 5p.m.
Saturdays – 9:30 am to 4pm.

*Packages with items exceeding USD$100 (shipping and taxes included) are subject to a Jamaica Customs Agency Administrative Fee AND the applicable Duties, Fees and Taxes.
Packages with a quantity of 8 or more of an item are deemed as "Commercial" shipments and may be subject to additional Duties regardless of the package's CIF value.
